These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Santium Plus+ concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Legal Terms. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. Our services
The Services are not tailored to industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA, etc.). If your use would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.
2. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and the trademarks contained therein. Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print Content for your internal business purpose.
3. User representations
By using the Services, you represent that any registration information is true, accurate, and current; that you have legal capacity; and that you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Purchases and payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Account credits (top-ups)
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Prices are subject to change.
5. Credit top-ups
Account credits may be purchased in increments of 50 CAD (minimum 50, maximum 1,000 per purchase). Credits remain valid for 12 months from your most recent purchase. Top-up credits are non-refundable once added to your account.
6. Refunds
All sales are final and no refund will be issued except where required by applicable law.
7. Prohibited activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
8. Modifications and interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
9. Governing law
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
11. Limitations of liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
