When you use the services provided by Mind Bridge, including any AI-powered services ("AI Products"), you warrant that you will comply with this document, our Legal Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Who we are
We are Santium Plus+ ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered in Canada at 13-3120 Rutherford Road, Suite 339, Toronto, Ontario L4K 0B2.
Use of the services
When you use the Services, you acknowledge that you may not:
- Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to create or compile a database without written permission.
- Collect usernames or email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or create user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
- Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially to learn sensitive account information.
- Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Use any data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to them.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person, or use the username of another user.
- Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
AI products
When you use our AI Products, you warrant that you will not:
- Deploy AI techniques that utilise subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive methods designed to distort behaviour and impair informed decision-making.
- Assess the risk of an individual committing criminal offences based solely on profiling, personality traits, or other non-behavioural factors.
- Use AI in a way that compromises the privacy and security of our systems, data, or users.
Community guidelines
To ensure a positive and engaging environment for all members, please follow these guidelines:
- Be respectful. Treat others with kindness. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- Stay on topic. Keep posts relevant to the discussion.
- No spam or self-promotion outside designated areas.
- No inappropriate content. No NSFW, illegal, or offensive content.
- Protect privacy & security. Do not share personal information (yours or others').
- Report issues. If you see a violation, use the report function instead of engaging in disputes.
Enforcement
Any misuse of our AI Products or failure to adhere to the standards outlined in this Policy will result in appropriate actions. Depending on the violation, Santium Plus+ may take one or more of the following actions: formal warning, temporary or permanent account suspension, removal of offending content, or referral to law enforcement.
