What data we collect and why

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, a description of your project and, if you attach them, photographs of the space. We use this data solely to prepare and send your quote, to contact you through your chosen channel and, if you hire us, to manage the business relationship.

We never use your data for third-party advertising and we never sell it.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form, and on pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you request a quote.

Retention

We keep your data while we process your request and, if you don't hire us, for a maximum of 12 months in case you pick the project back up. If you hire us, we keep it for the legally required periods (tax, accounting and warranty).

Recipients

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required or with providers strictly necessary to run the website (hosting and email), under the corresponding data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to marcony2580@gmail.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

If you feel your request has not been handled correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
